Family Pizzeria (Inwood)

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Family Pizzeria in Iwood. The customer service was genuinely awful—unfriendly, inattentive, and completely uninterested in addressing basic concerns. It felt like an inconvenience just to place an order. Unfortunately, the food did nothing to redeem the experience. The pizza was bland, poorly seasoned, and tasted like it had been rushed with little care or quality control. For a place that calls itself a pizzeria, the lack of flavor and attention to detail was surprising and frustrating. Between the subpar service and the forgettable food, this is not a place I would recommend or return to.

I've passed by this pizza restaurant many times I decided to try it out today. Parking is easy. The display of pizza was good. The person who took my order was nice. He even thanked me for coming. The pizza wasn't bad at all. I would definitely go again. Don't mind my slices I let them get cold but you get the picture.

From North Jersey, working in the area that day and wanted pizza for dinner. Had 2 slices and a can of soda. Slices were hot & crisp, buffalo chicken slice had a lot of chicken, spinach slice had good amount spinach. Unlike the 3 other pizzerias I walked out of, they have a restroom for customer use. Taste & prices were good.

One of the best in Queens! I have my few pizza spots around Queens but the quality and love in the pizza made here is unmatched. You would think my beloved made the pizza for me. I truly appreciate it. I get the Margherita Sicilian ♥️

Ordered last week because I really wanted an antipasto salad. I asked for no carrots but it was loaded with them, a long with a bunch of other things that don't belong in an antipasto. There was a wedge of lettuce was just thrown in there. The pizza was mediocre, not great but nothing to complain about. If not for the antipasto, I wouldn't have tried this spot. It really was such a disappointing representation of an antipasto. I was missing my family really bad and wanted to feel like I was home. Unfortunately it just made me sadder.
