Family Express

I am constantly disappointed with hotel and fast food availability for a good breakfast before 6:00. I’m currently focused on a low carb diet, and the family express that I visited this morning clearly understood. I bought an awesome egg scramble bowl, and the cash register was being worked by a hero. I so appreciated her sence of humor! While I’m here, I have to let you know how much I appreciate the clean restrooms. Second to none.

Family Express is like the Disney of gas stations in Marshall county. Their best kept secret is their food. Now I have to be critical a tad, they should really consider staying open on Saturday after 11:00 for Christ's sake get your head in the game corporate, run some analysis on when people use that gas station and you'll see at 11:00 on Saturday today when I wrote this review your whole lot was packed and you shut your doors.. not smart, and the excellent attendant, as always, could do nothing about it, bless her heart. Other than that keep rocking you all are awesome.

Depends on the shift if the staff helpful and welcoming. Sometimes the cook and other staff are not very good. The cook sounded like they were coughing on all of the food. Definitely didn't make you want to buy food.

They have amazing customer service , i didn’t catch her name but a younger lady with glasses was such a great help !

This evening I ordered pizza from this location. I ordered one cheese and one sausage. I got home and realized one of them was a pepperoni pizza and not the sausage I had originally ordered. So I immediately called the store and told them the problem. They immediately were on the phone with corporate asking how to make the mistake right for the customer and said they would call back when they have a solution for me. When they called back they said they were going to let me redeem a pizza on them and to keep the other pizza. I went back to pick up the pizza I originally ordered and the clerk Brandie handed me money back. So not only did they give me a sausage pizza on them but they also gave me a refund for one of the pizzas. I have made them the only local pizza spot on my list I will go t
