This employee a Caucasian male I was asking for help with the in store coupon and he was super rude they offered a coupon and then the Internet signal in that store is terrible and then he’s like he cant help me any more just pay the price that it is. I have a line waiting behind me. You know I’m a very polite person and I try my best to move quickly and I didn’t need somebody trying to humiliate me and embarrass me in front of other people to rush me out like I’m irrelevant . I will no longer be visiting the store even though it’s closer to my home I’m boycotting it.

I'm giving this store a 5 star because the young man and lady that were working there tonight were polite, professional , and courteous. To me that makes the overall shopping experience much better! I've been here during the day when the cashier is playing his music loud, more involved with his phone than the customer. This night staff is doing a great job!

Worker was very nice but don't buy pokemon cards here it seems they allowed someone to buy them open them and reglue them shut them return them.

The customer service here sucks.. I haven't shopped here in a while unless it's an emergency. The girl employees are rude, no communication, they have no training of customer service what so ever. It seems like it's just a paycheck smh. It's always dirty, never stocked, they just stand around gossiping while customers are waiting in line. Aisles always have something where you can't walk, unorganized, no structure at all.. They need new management!

Love the staff here. The manager here is friendly and helpful. She remembers customers and makes sure to always speak. They have a great selection at this store. I just wish that kept Pinesol Spray N' Mop here. They are all gone by the time I get here each week.
