What a wonderfully welcoming place!! The shakes are exceptional AND healthy!!! They have everything from soup to specialty teas to PROTEIN DONUTS!!! We plan on taking some home for breakfast tomorrow!!! They also do dietary options. We had the SNICKERS and CHERRY GARCIA protein shakes and they were awesome and filling!!! Must go back for Love Potion #9, an energizing power tea!!

Awesome place. The mocha latte protein coffee was great, but the shamrock protein shake is the real winner! I stole a few sips from my wife's and it tastes just like the one from the golden arches, only way healthier. Highly recommend!

What a cute little gem of a shop! Service is fast, friendly and personal. Owners are knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. Falls Nutrition has a vast menu, with something for everyone (caffeine free refreshers available in fun flavors for the kids to enjoy, too). I’ve tried the protein shakes, energy teas, Reese’s protein balls, protein brownies , and the AMAZING strawberry cheesecake donuts. You will not be disappointed! If I could give Falls Nutrition more than 5 stars, I WOULD!

I checked out Falls Nutrition today and it was amazing ! The variety of things they have is for everyone and its hard to choose when everything sounds amazing . Katie and Chris are so friendly and informative on all the options, plus she does the desserts too! I tried the orange coconut strawberry refresher that was delicious and the Reese protein ball that I could eat endlessly. This is a great place and I cant wait to try everything they have .

Katie and Chris are so friendly and engaging! You can palpate the happiness when you walk in! The shakes and teas are all so good and there are so many option to choose from- you simply cannot go wrong!
