I enjoy the pleasant service of the staff at the Mosaic location. I feel welcomed and appreciated, every time. They are professional and greet promptly. The food is always fresh and full of awesome flavor. I especially want to acknowledge DOLMIN, OLMAN & VICTORIA. They are full of smiles and great service. Keep it up!

My go-to spot in Fairfax for a delicious falafel sandwich! Everything is always fresh and authentic. I also want to share a special thanks to Falafel Inc for sponsoring the Iftar event at my daughter's school. It's rare to find a business that is both high-quality and so committed to the local community. Highly recommend!

Incredible food from generous people. Falafel Inc generously sponsored lunch for our Hawa Career Summit, a career-focused community event featuring panels, workshops, and networking. Their contribution kept our attendees fueled and focused throughout the event. The food was fresh, flavorful, and very well received. We highly recommend them not only for events and catering, but also for anyone looking to stop by their Mosaic, VA location for a delicious sandwich or bowl. We’re grateful for their support and happy to uplift a business doing great work in the community.

Falafel is good but service is not. This place takes almost 30 minutes to serve an order, for a falafel sandwich. Also the workers were really rude, I was just waiting around and one female and male worker were just staring at me and laughing, don’t know what they thought was so funny. The workers were not professional or friendly, when I came in they never greeted me or anything while they greeted another (white European) customer, which honestly feels a bit discriminatory. Every time I came in they didn’t take my order, but I see 15 minutes later them taking everyone else’s order. They were also laughing when there were other Asian clients here. Maybe support a business that isn’t racist. They don’t take orders in person either, only through a very dirty screen which has finger prints
