Fairhope Public Utilities does a great job keeping our power and water running smoothly-- we don't have their natural gas. The electric service is especially reliable and quick if there are ever any issues. I use the 311 system if I ever have questions/issues and they get answered relatively quickly. Overall, they care about the community and are improving every year.
I needed to get gas to my home and the Fairhope gas department was great! It was a little detailed because they had to go under the road but they were quick and efficient.
