Customer Reviews
First off, the ambiance is great. The decor and vibe works well for the restaurant. Next, the service was also great. Patient, kind, attentive, the waitress did a great job. Lastly, the food was delicious. We ordered the lasagna, lobster and crab ravioli, gnocchi, and cream of crab soup. We also ordered the shrimp on toast appetizer, which I still think about. The flavors worked well and every dish had its own unique taste. Though the Margherita pizza was lack luster and pretty expensive at around $20. The cocktails were just ok too. Though, price and food combined, this is a great one and done.
We were excited to try Facci after visiting the aquarium, but left with mixed impressions. The most surprising part was discovering that the menu is nearly identical to Ricci in Frederick—from the drinks and dishes to the menu design and overall presentation. After looking into it, it appears Ricci was established first, which made the similarities feel a bit disappointing, especially since we live near Frederick and have visited Ricci multiple times. That said, the service at Facci was excellent. The staff were attentive, kind, and very accommodating. We were simply hoping for a more original dining experience with new dishes or a unique concept. In terms of recommendations, the raspberry limoncello cocktail was delicious, and my husband enjoyed the seasonal red sangria. The Sophia Lore
Ive enjoyed the Facci location in Maple Lawn for years, and this was my first time at the Baltimore location. Baby it did not disappoint. The downtown location is adjacent to garage parking and overlooks the harbor. The food and beverage menu are expertly curated. I enjoyed pasta and a Gimlet cocktail. You can thank me later. Come for the food, stay for the service.
Nice place to dine even though I ordered a pizza to take back to my hotel. Product tasted fresh with an aroma that drew good attention & comments as I walked in my hotel lobby. I also saw the kitchen staff making fresh pasta while I waited for my pizza. I’ll have to come back to try one of their pasta dishes.
Very pretty restaurant with a grown and sexy feel to it. Food was really good I got the chicken Marsala, they had a live musician singing and playing the keyboard as well. Def looking forward to going back
