I was grossly overcharged for almost no actual work. I was billed for “research” on a tax issue, yet the result was zero useful information and zero resolution. Nothing was fixed, nothing was clarified, and the problem remained exactly as it was. If you’re paying a professional, you expect expertise and results — not vague answers and a padded invoice. I could have done the same thing myself for free. Do not recommend.
