Howie and his team at Exquisite Caterers did a magnificent job of catering a brunch for over 200 people at our Temple today. He exceeded our expectations! The staff was exceptional as well as the food and its presentation. There was so much food left over since Howie didn’t skimp on anything. We would use Exquisite Caterers again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much Howie!

They provided appetizers, a buffet, and desserts for our wedding this past month. From day one the service was outstanding. They were very flexible and extremely responsive (over email and phone) and accommodated every one of our custom requests. During our two walk-thru meetings they were super helpful and offered a lot of tips around the timeline and set-up. Save yourself from a migraine and DO NOT use Exquisite Catering!! There is not enough time or typing space to express in detail what a negative experience my husband and I had with Exquisite. The SparkNotes version is as follows… The owner, Howie, is a sheisty business man, period. Despite us signing a contract on an agreed upon amount per person 1 year prior to our April 2022 wedding, he tried to finagle more money out of us towards the very end so that he could make up additional costs related to inflation. We did not give in. He also requested cash only payment to be given on the day of the wedding, which, in itself is shady. Exquisite just catered the celebration of our daughter's wedding this past weekend. As the hosts of the party, we didn't get the chance to sample much of the food- as we were busy with greeting guests and participating in the party. What little we did get to try was wonderful. But most important: we have heard nothing but RAVE reviews about the food. Everyone had said that they thought the cocktail hour food was over the top delicious , and that things could not get better. Yet, we then heard from more than one person that the main course was "the best Kosher Chateaubriand that they had ever tasted." Dave: you are a wonderful chef. Attended a dinner dance catered by Exquisite recently. The liquor selection inadequate and did not meet expectations based on advertising for the event. The cocktail hour offerings were not bad, but not really good either. Dinner started off with a limp salad and progressed downhill from there. To top it off, the desert and coffee service was non-existent. A few at our table were never served desert. Once we were finally served we got up to dance to a favorite song. When we returned to the table, the desert was gone and the table had been cleared. It was like I was back in New York where the staff at the Horn & Hardart Automat would clear your table if you got up for a fork except the prices were much lower there.
