Exmore Diner

Great spot for a quick meal on our road trip. We had pancakes, French toast and potatoes and it was all delicious. Service was fast and friendly.

Don't drive by this place! Great food! (The Bay scallops were exceptional!) Great service! Unique ambience. Seriously, you may be tempted to judge a book by its cover here. Don't!

We loved it! The homemade beef veg soup was delicious & filling. I paired it with a grilled cheese sandwich & hubby had a burger & fries. Next time we’ll try a fresh catch. Shannon did not disappoint as our server. Nostalgic experience. Would definitely go again.

We really enjoyed this time capsule. One of the original waitresses Shannon? Gave u a history lesson on the exmore diner, truly amazing! Everything was in its original form. A site of beauty for us antique buffs. Now the food…..Fresh Fresh Fresh. I tasted a bit of my grandma’s cooking. I already knew the chicken was cooked I lard, I could taste that immediately. The best fried chicken ever! Seafood was amazing melt in your mouth. And the service was indeed spectacular. Thank you Exmore Diner you were one of the best parts of our trip. -Daryl & Audrey

Simple food, done very well! Great classic diner menu with cooks focused on doing it great! Three front of house people, one (obviously doing this a while) was amazing, friendly, super fast, professional, but simply pleasant. Other 2 gossip, on phones, just not wanting to do this.. the first one, could ran entire place alone and with smile! Run in for fried chicken or the terrific sides!! So yummy.
