This food was an absolute delight. Not only is the service exceptional, but the presentation is also visually stunning. The flavors are tasty, vibrant, and fresh! The dishes are cooked to perfection. Every element is thoughtfully paired, creating a harmonious dining experience. I highly recommend trying; you won’t be disappointed.

Was in Dallas for the weekend and came across this food truck that was having a pop up event and let me say my experience was a 10 out of 10 ... I was getting the history behind the business and let's just say the roots of the chef stem from the Caribbean and NYC !!! ..We decided to try the oxtail and didn't regret it! Super flavorful and every bite you can taste the essence of the Caribbean. Portions were great and the price point matched the quality of what was served . Also had the pasta salad which had a great deal of kick (spice) but loved every second of it . I had a bunch of questions regarding the menu and the chef took his time to explain each and every option which one can appreciate so customer service was on point as well .. Definitely returning when I'm in Dallas again!

The best jerk chicken tacos and quesadillas 10/10

Saw him at the cypress waters moonlit farmers market. Kindness guy you could meet. I got the jerk chicken quesadillas and let me tell you did not skimp at all! Loaded with chicken, veggies, and cheese all sauced up right. Best part was since I was a vendor you deliver the food to me! If you get a chance to see his truck I'm telling you stop and get you a plate!!
