Evaga Tacos Y Mariscos

There’s plenty of choices for Mexican food in North County, nothing new. What IS NEW in MY experience is the quality and customer service @ Evaga Tacos Y Mariscos. The owner is in there with the rest of the staff, putting in the work and their efforts are apparent. My first time trying it out, I asked for something not on the menu, the owner was quick and happy to accommodate my specific requests, cool, very cool actually. The mix of ingredients for my order seems standard faire, but the attention to how they were prepared is absolutely why I will be going back. Glad the business decided to open up and share their take on how Mexican food can be recognizable, but good…very good.

I’ve been to the Evaga Oceanside restaurant and the food is off the hook. I saw them opening up inside the Chevron gas station and gave it a try. It does have a limited menu with the main staple items. I had the Cali-Burrito and the rolled tacos, to my surprise the food was excellent if not better than the sit down restruant in Oceanside. Kudos to the management team. 5 STARS!

Glad to see Evaga here in Vista. Food is amazing just like the main restaurant in Oceanside. This setup is in the Chevron gas station.

Counter guy was super nice and polite. Prices are 10$ and under for a decent portion. Food came out fast and delicious.
