The owners are very rude!! First night old man came to my room around 8:00 in the morning telling me to open the door that I owed him $10. That I was supposed to check out 2 hours ago. Later to find out he had the wrong room number. 2nd day there the old lady kicked me out the property just because I was having a conversation with one of the housekeepers and threatened me to leave before she called the cops! NEVER WOULD GO BACK!

This place is the worst place you can stay here in Eunice the guy is extremely rude and his wife is just as bad me and my husband Sat in door way of our room smoking . he waited for my husband to leave then pops up and tells me we can't do that ,to leave the property even though we are in a smoking room not making noise ,not drinking . these people are racist and shouldn't be able to run a inn ,but the air-conditioner is cold .the water is hot .but the toilet barley flushes. ID rate it less than one star but that's my lowest option .drive by to days inn it's better

This place is trash. We rented there for a job we had in the area. First night there were no problems but I figure that is because we got there late. The next day is a different story. We recommended this place to one of our female coworkers. When she arrived they sprung all these rules on her. Telling her that she cannot be going from room to room as if she was a prostitute. When we confronted the owner about this he said that they did not want her kind of business. She was very offended at his rudeness and discrimination not to mention the prostitution accusations. The very same day 2 other coworkers came by with some dinner. They were there no more than 20 minutes and the owner ran them off and kicked us out with out giving us a reason or refund. Horrible. No stars 0! Went there with a friend. The room smelled of mildew and our socks kept getting wet, so we suspected a pipe that may have busted or the toilet was leaking. We all know mildew takes awhile to appear and smell. The weather was in the 20°F. So we called the front office just to alert him and he told us that "it could not be" because he has been renting that room out everynight and refused to come and check on the situation because he was too old to come out that late (if you have a complaint from a paying customer, it doesn't matter what time, come address it) he offered us $25 if we wanted to leave as the only refund he would offer. So we told him nevermind, that we didn't want a refund, we just wanted him to know that something may be wrong. And then just went back to
