The restaurant design was very well done. Bar area offered lots of social interaction. Lots of parking spaces. Staff were very helpful and engaging. X rated margarita and Blood Orange Cosmo were very good. The chicken artichoke was a bit tough. The spinach pie was good. The beet salad had gorgonzola instead of goat cheese which was not bad. Around 14 indoor counter seats and 10 indoor tables. 15 tables outside all weather covered. According to the happy hour menu the discounted prices are available until 6 pm. Well behaved dogs are welcome inside and outside. They appear to only offer a limited list of liquors.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had an amazing experience at Ethos Bistro in Fort Lauderdale! Huge shoutout to Evan for the best service — such a genuine guy who made the whole experience even better. The food was incredible as always. Between their three locations they’re consistently amazing, and this newer Fort Lauderdale spot is just as good. The spicy feta dip was a perfect start, the Aperol spritz was refreshing, and the grilled chicken platter with their spinach rice was unreal. That spinach rice might honestly be our favorite side anywhere. Ethos is easily one of our favorite restaurants in South Florida. If you haven’t been yet, it’s a must-stop for happy hour or brunch — you really can’t beat the deals. Highly recommend! Thanks again Evan!

Worth the stop! Great food and even better service. I’m a regular at New York Deli for breakfast, which is tucked away just behind this spot. Because I walk past Ethos every single morning, I’ve been able to see firsthand how much work they put in—they are always out front cleaning and making improvements before they even open. That pride of ownership is what finally drew me in today. I ordered the Philly Steak Platter and it was absolutely delicious. You can tell the ingredients are fresh, and the tzatziki sauce is incredible. Our server, Alexandra, was fantastic—very professional and attentive. REBEKA was a wonderful server from start to finish! She was knowledgeable and made several menu suggestions that we absolutely loved! Smiling and friendly, she made our experience here top-notch! We will definitely be back. The tenderloin kebabs, the salad, and the grilled kefte were delicious! We also took taziki home for later! I enjoyed the mocktail refresher with fresh cucumber juice and mint it was also delicious! 10/10 ⭐️

Ethos Fort Lauderdale is an amazing addition to the Southport Plaza. I've been going to this plaza for over 15 years and this is the one restaurant that I was most excited to try out. I arrived with my mother in the evening time on Sunday, September 21st. I was greeted by a charming maître d who made us feel welcomed. Then, we were greeted by our WONDERFUL server, Marcos! He was extremely attentive and provided the best suggestions regarding the menu. He has a charm to upsell which works for both the guests and the restaurant. The drinks are top notch.
