Ethiopiques cafe and Restaurant

Amazing place to try authentic Ethiopian food and coffee! The interior is beautiful, very clean, and the service is excellent. We ordered the Ethiopian coffee and it was outstanding. A must-visit spot for anyone looking to try a unique variety of coffee. Be sure to try it both with and without cream!

We were craving Ethiopian food for a while and decided to try this place. The food was incredible, the service incredibly friendly, the coffee was very flavorful and smooth even without cream and sugar Would highly recommend this place especially if you are skeptical about African food. You will be amazed by the flavor profile and the soft injera bread.

Everything about Ethiopiques is immaculate and unique as a night out dining experience! The ambiance and interior design is elegant and beautiful (love the simplicity and the art on the walls - whoever designed this place has a GREAT eye). The service is warm, present and very helpful. It is a bit slow but that's because the folks really care about the guests and arent rushing through interactions with them. I really appreciated that and found it to be rare! Now to the food - we got the special plate with 2 meats (chicken and steak) and 5 veggies (cabbage, red lentils, green beans and carrots, potato stew, and chick peas). Oh my, everything was so tasty and delicious and we loved the injera too!! The coffee to end was very delicious, with artful presentation of ceramic cups and a coffee

Very rarely am I surprised by ethnic foods. When done right food is "good" at best, usually. Not here at Ethiopiques Cafe. The food is EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!! I have been eating Ethiopian food since I was a teen, many years ago. I have eaten Ethiopian food from Brooklyn, NY to Washington, DC and downtown Atlanta. I must say, Ethiopiques in John's Creek, GA is the best! What makes it the best? The wait time is awesome, the ambiance is perfect, for the peaceful tranquility of East African culture. The service is better than most 4 star restaurants, and finally, the food is awesome! Have their, Hibiscus Tea (hot or cold). One evening we just felt like trying Ethiopian food and on searching for a place, we found this restaurant. It was nice and cozy. There were some take out orders but we were the only ones to sit and dine there that night. The server was good and explained us patiently about the different menu items. The food was delicious and the chocolate cake was among the best we’ve tried anywhere so far. I would definitely recommend trying this out and we’ll be going again for sure.
