Etang Dim Sum

We are in Savannah for a quick 5 day extra long weekend from NYC. After partaking in Dim Sum for the past 25 years in San Francisco and living in NYC for the past 4 years I was skeptical about the quality of Dim Sum in Savannah. My husband and I were walking by yesterday and saw this place and a woman coming out as we were looking at the menu and started raving about this restaurant. We made it a priority to come back the next day. It exceeded our expectations for high quality dim sum (as this is our weekly ritual)! We ate like kings and tried many faves that we have eaten in the Bay Area and NYC and were blown away by the service, food quality and taste. Highly recommend this restaurant.

First time here and loved it all! Only thing that could have been improved was the spice level, as more heat was expected! The chicken noodle soup dumplings were crazy good and a fun new thing! Will definitely be back!

It was my second time dining here. The food was impressively tasty and the portions were large. Thai tea was delicious and the half&half iced tea is not too sweet. Highly recommend you to dining here, don't miss ordering these below - House special cold noodles. Sauce and noodles are so good - Beijing ducks were fried in right way, crispy and served with sweet sauce - Braised pork belly with buns. Must try! Don’t care about weights after we take the foods 😆 Yum yum * one public parking lots opposite of restaurant.

Swing by for some dim sum. It's not a huge selection but you can order the favorites all day long. We ordered several dishes to share, including the shiu mai, gyoza, shrimp noodle, chicken feet, pork belly buns, and bok choy. It was very good. Staff was nice and respectful. The restaurant is modern, nicely decorated and was very clean.

Phenomenal dim sum! Never found a place I enjoyed as much as San Francisco, until now. Etang provided phenomenal customer service, Especiallyon a busy holiday weekend I’m blown away by how fresh and quality of their dishes. Everything is made in house and you can taste it! Wish I had more time to go back.
