Friendly staff. Relaxed atmosphere. Cozy. “Secret garden” outdoor seating in back. Gluten free pumpkin scone pictured- good flavor, a little dry for my taste. I ordered a mocha as I had heard they were the best - it was not as heavy as a mocha from Starbucks but was delicious. I understand they make their own sauce.

We come to the Espresso Bar and Cafe every morning. The owner is super sweet, as well as the employees and service is awesome. I get the English Breakfast Tea and my husband tries their various coffees, which he hasn’t found one he hasn’t liked. We also love the laid-back atmosphere. This coffee house is a must try.

The interior is very attractive, and the coffee and tea are delicious. I love this place and highly recommend this cafeteria when you travel to Winchester, VA

This is a great little place! The atmosphere is just right, the drinks are so well done, and the variety is perfect! There's enough to keep you coming back to try a new thing here and there, but the old classics are perfect just how they are! I highly recommend this place if you're in town and want a quick stop through for a nice coffee-house experience. It can be very busy, so plan for that!

I've been coming to Espresso Bar & Cafe for years, and they have always been my favorite cafe in Winchester; however, I just realized I have never left a review! Every visit I make is always enjoyable. The atmosphere of the cafe is warm and welcoming, and is always clean/well kept. The owner and all of the baristas are incredibly kind to me, and to one another - I can tell they enjoy doing what they do! In addition to consistent wonderful customer service, they always make every drink with care. This morning, I stopped by before church to grab something to drink (to-go), and ordered my usual drink, a latte, but with a new syrup combination mentioned on a chalkboard (macadamia + pumpkin).
