Tasty smothered breakfast burrito - the green chile and chorizo is a great combo to warm up with. The chile looks a bit like gravy so we were confused at first. Didn't take any pictures because it smelled so good we had to dig in right away. Small diner atmosphere, parking lot is a little awkward being on a busy corner.
Quaint place. The breakfast burrito smothered with chili took me by surprise, but it reminded me a lot of what you would think a "cowboy breakfast" might be. The omelette was cooked through to perfection. Delicious! Their biscuit was fluffy and the gravy was amazing. Definitely a must-have!
I will not order from here again! I ordered a chorizo biscuits and gravy off of door dash. When I received it, I went to go take a bite and my fork would not go through this hard as a rock biscuit. I really cannot understand how they were made so wrong. I, of course, called the restaurant to let them know and while I was on hold, I could hear whoever answered the phone laughing when they told the manager about it. I said, excuse me, thinking she was talking to me and then the manager started talking. Just another typical shitty restaurant in Cheyenne. It is not just a waste of my money, It is a waste of their own food that they buy to cook
Best food we found during frontier days The wait time was a little long, but the server was very nice and friendly and kept checking on us. All good place to eat.
First time here, wife and I liked it. Good menu with variety of options. They sell breakfast throughout the day if you like that. I went with the Philly Cheesesteak and wife went with the mushroom burger. Both were good, but hers was better. Sandwiches and burgers good size. Onion rings are plentiful and pretty tasty. Overall the food was good, but the service was great. Our waitress (sorry, don't remember her name) was friendly and responsive. Food came out fairly quickly, so overall a good experience. We will be back and recommend Espi's to everyone we know.
