E+ROSE Wellness Cafe - The Gulch

E+ROSE was the first place I stopped by during my work trip to Nashville. I always love to find a local spot like this for nutritious and tasty food and this hit the nail on the head! They have another location downtown, but this one is about 10-15 minutes from the conference center. I got both items pictured from both shops and the quality was consistent. Will definitely stop by if I’m ever back in town!

Amazing food and love the concept! It’s my first time in Nashville and the service and core mission here really blew me away. Yes the smoothie was excellent and I bought a few more things to try today but more so - love that it’s food as medicine and not just a marketing slogan. Sad I can’t return to this place back in California (but maybe someday you’ll deliver or come out!)

This is the cafe for all of your acai bowl & smoothie needs!! I went to E+ROSE multiple times on my trip to Nashville and I kept coming back for a reason! The acai bowls are fantastic - I got the Hanalei bowl twice I loved it so much!!! The people working here are so kind and friendly. Highly recommend and I will be back on my next visit to Nashville.

There bowls are so good! I really love coming to this place. I enjoy the pre game bowl! If you ever come to E + Rose I would definitely recommend If you want to get some good protein. Also, the staff are always nice and friendly.

10 out of 5. The atmosphere, service, and experience were excellent. This was my first time trying E + Rose, and I was very satisfied. The staff was professional and very helpful with recommendations. No added sugar in any of their food options. The bowls are very filling. You can substitute it for a meal. Made my day.
