...erose & wellness, where do I begin. I first found you after just being in Nashville 10 months. I drove to the Wedgewood location on 12/23/2020 after having to leave my sweet furbaby at Nashville ER Vet not knowing what was wrong w / her. 😭 The Docs told me to go get something to eat and all I wanted was a smoothie and when I walked thru the door with tears streaming the staff greeted me , made me the best ever power bowl as they said that's what I needed and I definitely felt the Welcome to Nashville Love 💜 Every since that day, erose & wellness is my go to spot for pure ingredients that are fresh scrumptious, delicious and healthy too. I was so excited when this E+Rose location opened so close to my house in East! We were desperately in need of some healthy, fast options and this spot has filled that niche nicely. I’ve become a regular - usually swinging by for my ginger greens smoothie and cold brew in the mornings. The staff is so friendly, vibe is great with lots of natural light - I have had business meetups as well as friends meet me here. Happy to have them in the neighborhood!

I absolutely love this spot! It’s always so clean and cozy and the vibes are a 10/10. Vover always makes me the yummiest smoothies and is so kind! everyone who works here is so welcoming and the food is fantastic. it’s so nice to have a fast/friendly place to eat actual healthy food.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I live in the building and have been a regular at E N Rose since they opened. The quality is usually excellent and the staff is friendly which makes today’s experience that much more disappointing. I was the first customer in the shop and ordered a simple coffee. After that, about six people came in and ordered smoothies and bowls. Instead of making my coffee, they started on all of those orders and completely skipped mine. I waited, thinking maybe it was coming up next, but it never did and I had to leave for work without my drink. I understand busy mornings happen, but it’s basic service to go in order of who was there first. I’ve always supported this place, but today was frustrating and really unprofessional. Hoping management takes note and gets the process back on track.
