Ernesto's Mexican Food

Authentic Mexican food, hot and fresh. Service is great. The waitresses are always super busy but attentive and friendly. Pictured is ground beef enchiladas, red and green sauce, second pic is Con Cueso Steak, and last pic is Liver and Onions. It's just delicious!!

Absolutely delicious. My waitress was very kind. The atmosphere was wonderful and the food came out very quick. Very flavorful. This was my first visit and it certainly won't be my last. I live close by and I'm afraid I'll be going far too much. Make sure to stop by, I promise you'll enjoy it.

Ernesto's Mexican Food is a casual, flavorful spot with authentic, home-style Mexican dishes. Tacos, burritos, and tortas are fresh, generously filled, and packed with bold flavors. The vibe is relaxed and welcoming — simple, satisfying, and consistently delicious.

This is called the green smothered burrito de deshebrada and it was mentioned in a Facebook post and I had to try it. I ordered the burrito this month August 2024 from Ernesto's in Anthony. It was a good-filled and spicy burrito with some lettuce and tomato. I live about 5 minutes away and the order was made quickly. I will be ordering again and you can also try it in different meats and red sauce. The restaurant is very welcoming but parking can get a bit packed but very understandable. It's a great Mexican restaurant in town.

I love this place food is always great. Disappointed in the ground beef tacos I got togo, there was hardly any ground beef in the taco come on Ernestos what your charging for your plates you can put some meat in your tacos.
