Eric's Ice Cream Factory

I'm giving a one star solely for cleanliness. The inside dining addition is great in the summer heat. When I stopped in this evening 6-23-25 at around 615 pm I ordered some items at your inside window....which i do frequently. As I turned to sit at the stainless steel tables I could see nothing but dirty sticky messes all along both of the longer tables. I asked for a rag so I can clean it before sitting....and to my surprise...I was given a rag. I would've preferred one of the 4 employees that were there at the time to take responsibility and clean the tables. I cleaned only the part that I was going to use...returned the rag....and asked for an application ( no i didn't want a job). Eric's ice cream is one of the best things in Bryan, OH! I have been eating their ice cream for two years. Their ice cream has been consistently good both in quality and flavor. They change some of their ice cream flavors from time to time, so there are always new flavors to try! Besides ice cream, they have many other items on the menu for customers to choose from, such as soft serve cones, flurries, and slushes. The portions are good, and the prices of their items are reasonable. Highly recommend!

Pro Tip: Eric's will allow you to substitute any hard dip ice cream in the buckeye sundae.

Everything has been very good that we have tried. But I would like the temperature of my sandwich to be hotter. Can we ask for it to be made hotter? I

I would like to thank Eric’s ice cream Factory for not only having amazing ice cream and food. But for always being willing to support the youth in our community. I’ll be honest it’s hard to pass by there without stopping to grab a peanut butter cup flurry. He has great people working for him. They are pleasant and always have Smiling faces.
