Well both times I placed an order, there was a wait time, and its understandable when the demand is high, please either get more cooks and start planning your days, even if it takes time, also listen to your customers reviews, accept criticism, estimate your busy days and your slow days if you dont have them. I can understand why they skips numbers, but if numbers are given out, then you should serve those first regardless, because you can run out of chicken then run out of sides, and the balance of food output needs to be maintained better. To have a limited Menu, this shouldn't be that difficult to maintain, you have locations all over NY, NJ, and DR. Now to the food, always fresh and crispy and well seasoned, those people complaining about saltiness, is wild, we are eating fried chic

Very bad customer service, the lady answered the phone screamed on my ear, before I place my order she asked me if had my credit card, she said she is working by herself, and with bad actitud told me the chicken came out in 40 minutes. Bad customer service. Get a staff polite and good customer service.

The ladies at the front desk dont even serve you. They just play around and make jokes while you wait for your order. Ive been there waiting there for more than an HOUR waiting for my order and they hadnt served me. People just come inside and they get served first more than the people that have been waiting for more than an hour. I really dont recommend if you want to get your food fast and leave.

Service was horrible… 34 minutes for food already cooked… unsanitary. They wear gloves but touch garbage and food with the same gloves….. chicken was overcooked…. Never again. I won’t waste my time
