Ephrata Public Library

A "small but mighty" library that does a good job hosting activities for kids and adults (including a weekly craft group that crochets or knits). The librarian here is super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, and is happy to explain technical processes in easy to understand detail (like when a patron has trouble using a computer). Also, all NCW libraries have a $5 weekly printing allowance which is quite generous and the best I've seen from any library system.

Wonderful Library! I love the book exchange at the door and the seed Library. The staff was friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed looking around and they have a good selection of books.

Always get quick friendly help if needed. The computers are always quick, printers are easy to use, first 10 pages are free. ¢10 after that. Also a great spot to bring the kid. My daughter and I enjoy the Legos they have to play with :)

Nice library, clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Fun kid activities/reading time. Usually, they can get books quickly from other libraries if it's not "in stock." I really like the online options they have a well. Haven't tried they're mail in option.

Just had a marvelous visit! I am a first time visitor to this area. The librarian and staff were very willing and able to answer questions about the city and surrounding area. We then just morphed into more great conversation about the area, the interesting places and the economic drivers for this community. Delightfully memorable and greatly appreciated. Lovely smaller city.
