Entropy Creamery, where should I start? It’s a small shop close to the corner of Stockton and Union St., going down Union, and just a little past Acquolina. You can’t miss it, it has the name written in a cursive-like font. My friend and I stopped by on a Sunday evening. There are some gelato options that you can put inside a brioche bun, and there are also some ice-cream cakes that looked super yummy. We opted for a brioche filled with Dulce de Leche gelato. The service was fast and friendly! It is a new shop, so it was quiet for a Sunday, but you can’t beat the quality! 11/19 Edit: Hours changed to 2-9pm so the google hours are currently inaccurate. I came back last weekend and there was a small line out the door. This used to already be a small gelato spot so although there is now more standing room, only a small party can fit comfortably at a time. Service was excellent; there was one person “scooping” and handling the register. They were super friendly and welcoming. There’s a menu posted outside with everything they offer Two flavors of gelato ice cream cake, 2 flavors of gelato, and options of cones/affogato, and the fancy European option of cold gelato in a warm brioche bun. I don't give out a lot of 5 star reviews, so listen to me when I tell you this is best ice cream cake I've ever had. the black forest cake was truly something you should experience rather than me telling you about it

What a gem! Affocato with Dulce de leche is a nice balance of sweet and bitter. Limited options for scoops - but kids loved both the vanilla and dulce!

Heavenly dulce de leche gelato. Plus the waffle cone was made that day, delicious and cinnamon-y, better than I've had in years. HIGHLY recommend!!
