Absolutely loved our experience at Empyrean Indian Kitchen & Bar! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance felt warm, modern, and inviting. The food was outstanding—rich flavors, perfectly balanced spices, and beautifully presented dishes. Every bite tasted fresh and authentic. The drinks were equally impressive, creative and well-crafted, pairing perfectly with the food. Service was attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. A perfect spot for a nice dinner, celebrations, or just craving quality Indian cuisine. Highly recommend—will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely loved this place! 😍 I was visiting Hoboken to see my boyfriend, and he took me to his favorite Indian restaurant, now it’s my favorite too! The food was incredible. The chicken tikka masala was the best I’ve ever had, and the fried chicken momos and reshmi chicken were soooo good 🤤🔥 Saahil provided amazing customer service, very friendly and attentive. The ambiance was beautiful and welcoming. Arjun, the owner, even came to our table to check on us, which made the experience feel extra special. Amazing food, great service, and awesome vibes. Highly recommend!

Empyrean Indian Restaurant in Hoboken was such a pleasant surprise from start to finish. The vibe is warm and welcoming, and it immediately feels like a place where real care goes into the food. We started with the Khala khatta and masala soda, which were incredibly refreshing and had that perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and spice that instantly wakes up your taste buds. A great way to kick off the meal. For appetizers, we tried the veg dumplings and gobi manchurian, and both were outstanding. The dumplings were soft, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, while the gobi manchurian had just the right crunch with a bold, well-balanced sauce. Hands down the best momos I’ve ever had in the US! So much flavor—uff, they were absolutely perfect. So good that I don’t enjoy momos anywhere else now. The momo sauce was on another level and really enhanced the flavor. We also ordered noodles, paneer tacos, samosas, and chai—everything tasted amazing—but the momos completely stole the show for me.

Absolutely phenomenal experience. Sahil was really pleasant, friendly, and understood what we needed for flavours. Will absolutely return soon. The food was delicious. The gobi manchurian and veg fried rice tasted like the flavours of back home. Great location along the riverside which is a quick walk.
