I ordered food at 6:40 and it’s 10:46 I still don’t have my food. Every time I call they keep putting me on hold and taking other orders while I’m on the phone then coming back forgetting who I am. I understand this is a snow day but I’ve never experienced this before. I think they bit off more than they can chew today being money hungry. I see someone below had a similar experience. The food is good there but this is unfortunate. They close at 11 I’m afraid I will have to go tomorrow and get a refund. Update : my food came at 11pm fresh.

The worst service ever. I waited 2 hours for food that was already paid for and when I kept calling they would put me on hold for another 20 and then transferred me without acknowledging the call to a customer service line. Total wait time 3 hours to only finally asking for a refund. Will never order from them again for fear of terrible service and they’re spitting on my food.

Food is great. Staff is awesome.. Will definitely be back for more food.

My 1st time here The atmosphere is really nice and clean. The food looks really good and the people that work here are very courteous nice and respectful. I recommend this place.!!!!!! I’m gonna take

At first I was hesitant to order but then I said I have to try it to see what it taste like. So far, I’ve ordered three times from here and have not been disappointed yet. They have a variety of options. Two worlds that make say Hmm 🤔 they have this and that wow! I’m a happy customer and I hope that you’ll be one too. Maytha
