Empire Gym has amazing positive energy from both staff and members. They’re always stocked with drinks, protein snacks, and supplements, which makes it super convenient. I’ve tried other gyms, but the value Empire offers makes the 25-minute drive more than worth it

This place is awesome. Super clean every time I stop in, and the shakes always hit the spot after a workout. Jocelyn is the best — she’s always friendly, quick, and makes every shake perfectly. Easily a 5/5 spot inside the gym.

Julia is great and is always giving a great experience to me and or the other customers, I tried the pumpkin pie and it was amazing
