Empire Bagels

Lets start with the food here is amazing! I mean i literally loved everything i got, from the bacon, egg and cheese on an egg bagel, to their NEW DOUBLE SMASH BURGER! It was all so delicious 😋 The fruit smoothies were fresh, and all natural. If you're here on vacation or live here and just pass by it, stop in and enjoy their food. The only thing I'd say would need improvement is their seating area but thats because my party went in with 4 adults and 2 toddlers. But I definitely recommend it. The service was good and fast and they were very accommodating on anything we asked for.

If you’re looking for the best egg and cheese, Empire Bagels is it. Bagels are fresh, the eggs are cooked right, the cheese melts perfectly, and everything just hits the way a breakfast sandwich should. Simple, consistent, and always good. No gimmicks. Quick service, friendly staff, and it’s one of those places you keep coming back to because you know exactly what you’re getting every time. Hands down my go-to spot for egg and cheese.

Staff is really friendly and helpful. The store looks clean and tidy. They have seating available and to go option. Their menu is full. I ordered 2 The O.G. bacon egg and cheese on a bagel, and 2 coffees, one black one with oat milk. The one with milk was too dark, not enough milk. The sandwich as a whole was not bad. The bagel was mostly crispy, not chewy on the inside. Overall, it's not bad for a quick breakfast or coffee place. I recommend it.

I found them because the bagel shops near me were cleaned out before the storm. I just had a craving for bagels and glad I found this shop. They still had plenty of choices and super fresh. I will definitely come here first in the future!

So, I ordered five breakfast sandwiches and six bagels this morning. Three were cream cheese, and three were butter bagels. When they packaged the order, they only included the breakfast sandwiches, leaving the bagels in a separate bag. However, when the cashier rang me up, she only gave me the breakfast sandwiches. I went home, realizing that the bagels were missing. I called the store, and Rodolfo, the manager, didn’t even apologize to me. He didn’t seem to be sorry when I called. I drove 30 minutes back to pick up the bagels, but he still didn’t apologize. The only thing he said was that they sometimes make mistakes, but that they need to be accountable and apologize. Now, the customer has to drive 30 minutes to go get the food again while people are waiting at home. This is disgustin
