Emperor's Palace

Picked up takeout from Emperor’s Palace and everything was spot on. The House Special Fried Rice was a large portion and packed with flavor — definitely a highlight. The Beef Chop Suey had a great balance of meat and veggies, fresh and not overly greasy. The Barbecued Pork was my favorite — just the style I prefer, and it paired perfectly with their hot mustard. Everything tasted fresh, portions were generous, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Placed my order online. I ordered the #4 lunch combination. This is the worst place I have been at in a very long time. The staff was disrespectful. I am clearly trying to stress what I'm trying to say and because of the limited ability to speak English or should I say the inability to act like they can understand English was just painful. How can you run a business and pretend like you don't know English. I had to repeat myself multiple times before becoming frustrated with handing the phone to my. Who she did begin screaming at as well as when I got back on the phone began screaming at me telling me it was my responsibility to make sure my order was correct. I screenshot me taking the order and it was clearly not what I ordered . My order did not take ownership of messing up my order.

I've been a loyal customer of this restaurant for the longest time. My family always order for pickup and foods were always great. Tonight, I was lazy to go out due to cold so I ordered online for delivery. Our place is 2 mins away from the restaurant. After I placed the order, received an order # and ETA of 60 mins. Which is fine since today is a Sunday, they're might be busy. That was 5.10pm, so ETA should be around 6.10pm. At 6.16pm, I called them asking where my order is. The lady said, they're working on it and the driver is on the way. She said they're kind of busy at that time. I said ok, that's fine. I waited. Now, at 6.39pm I called them back to follow up. Once again, the lady apologized because they're busy and stated the driver is on his way. So, I waited until 6.53pm. I called

The food here is always amazing. I took my brother just a few days back in July of 2025. I will say, you used to get much larger portions from what I clearly remember, but it has been about 3 years since I went last. And their prices have definitely gone up quite a bit, especially considering their portions declining as I stated above. Still, you can't beat the taste, and the atmosphere is always nice. I would definitely recommend!

I really enjoy the food here. I wish they made the hot and sour soup like this back east!!! I don't know what I am going to do when I am no longer coming here to visit. 😐😐😐
