From the moment we arrived, the staff was professional, welcoming, and attentive. Everything felt clean, polished, and well-organized. The steak was cooked perfectly, our sides were excellent, and dessert was truly amazing. We especially appreciated that we never felt rushed. It made the evening feel calm and enjoyable. We were seated in a unique lounge-style area with couch seating instead of standard chairs, which added a really special touch to the night. The atmosphere alone is worth the visit—warm, inviting, and beautifully designed, with a stunning fireplace and perfectly curated décor that creates an unforgettable ambiance. I know this is a Michelin rated restaurant but this restaurant is exceptionally alluring!! We had a wonderful dinner with new friends at Ember & Eagle! It was a great way to impress them to the joys of moving to Monmouth County. Absolutely beautiful renovations in every room! We were here 20 years ago and you would not believe it was the same place! The staff was delightful! Salina the general manager greeted us when we arrived and came back to check on us at the end of the evening. Jess was a great waitress, patient and paced as we chatted thru dinner. Corey was so endearing as our host. The attention from the staff was very classy. This place really left an imprint on us. Super friendly waitress/staff, extremely attentive service, and incredible food. Better than most Michelin star establishments that we’ve been to. Bravo everyone, keep up the great work! Oh, and they have sticky toffee pudding, the best dessert ever :) We’d definitely come back, and it’s worth going out of your way for, 100%

As someone who frequent steakhouses in Manhattan, I can confidently say this is up there with one of the best I have ever been to, and would even put it in my top five of all time. Between the staff, the spectacular design, quality, crisp, and clean uniforms and managerial service and to top it off the breathtaking food, this is a can’t miss and must go to in New Jersey. We can’t wait to come back for more.
