ELVITA'S KITCHEN #1 NJ CREOLE & LATIN CUISINE

I had the privilege of attending the opening of this delicious Haitian/ Latin cuisine spot. Everything was delicious. The chicken seasoned nicely. The angus steak… so good! Nice and smoky. Would absolutely come back here again with a whole group.

I have been here several times and I’m never disappointed! This restaurant is clean and the customer service is always a 10/10. If you ever call to put in your order in advance or walk in and you’re welcomed by Janice, you’ll know exactly what I mean. She’s kind, full of joy and is always welcoming. There’s always a variety of food choices, and it’s served hot and full of flavor. Try the empanadas, try the rice, snapper and plantains, TRY EVERYTHING!! The food is cooked fresh and it’s always good! I wanted to add a photo with my review but the food was so good I started eating it from my car!! Will be back again! I love Elvita’s Kitchen!!

If you’re looking for authentic Haitian food, this place is a hidden gem! 🇭🇹🔥 From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with warm hospitality and the incredible aroma of real Haitian cooking. The griot was perfectly crispy and juicy, the diri kole ak pwa was rich and flavorful, and the pikliz added the perfect spicy kick. Every bite tasted like homemade Haitian food made with love. The portions are generous, the ingredients are fresh, and the service makes you feel like family. It’s not easy to find Haitian restaurants that truly keep the traditional taste, but this one absolutely delivers. If you want real Haitian cuisine that reminds you of home, this restaurant is a must-visit. I will definitely be coming back and bringing friends with me!

The food is to die for. All of the flavors was there from the rice to the veggies, and the fish. And the customer service was top tier.

I recently visited Elvita’s Kitchen – Creole Latin Cuisine, and it was an amazing experience! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth and welcoming atmosphere. The flavors are bold, authentic, and perfectly balanced — you can truly taste the passion in every dish. The Creole and Latin fusion is outstanding. The rice and main dishes were seasoned beautifully, and everything tasted fresh and homemade. The portions were generous, and the presentation was impressive. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. If you’re looking for flavorful, soulful food with great service, Elvita’s Kitchen is definitely worth a visit.
