Elsie’s- The Coffee Shop

So enjoyed this networking event at Elsie's!!! They feel like the heart beat of the museum district already! Amazing warm drinks and hot topics for conversation! The barista was so enthusiastic and made me want to try everything on the menu! Love that he was also the co owner but never even shared that until I asked more details about their location and how long they've been open- he just gave great service throughout! We'll be back. Phenomenal legacy and story this business has honoring their Grandmother, thank you Elsie's!!

Nice lil find. Corbin is really passionate about his craft and it shows. Im usually skeptical about all specialty items or drinks but his banana pudding latte was a wonderful treat. Just subtle enough without over powering with sweet. When I was continuing to drink it throughout the day, banana pudding felt like frozen banana. Very fun. Looking forward to the matcha next!

Wow! Elsie’s has a vibe like it’s always been part of the community. And the Banana Pudding Matcha is packed with layers of flavor from the creamy foam on top to the sweet banana surprise at the bottom.

This place just opened so it's still working out some kinks, but the iced latte I ordered was great and it's a comfortable place to work for a few hours. Friendly barista. They get their baked goods from A Neighborhood Bakery, the salted chocolate chip cookies are good. Chill music at medium volume, good amount of seating. Street parking seems pretty easy to find.

A nice and cozy place for a casual meeting/conversation. The coffee is (importantly) good, too.
