Oh man you guys had the trailer at the Waukon Fair I want to tell you your food was amazing I got the mac and cheese with the brisket we worked Motocross there was three of us that came up and got it and I mean it was absolutely amazing I give it a 20 star rating if I could the two young ladies that were in there for amazing they were friendly they were very nice I would highly recommend if you get to Caledonia

Elsie's was a pleasant little find after visiting Beaver Creek State Park. The atmosphere is very cute and fresh. The staff seemed busy and we're a little behind on greeting folks, but were friendly and welcoming. The food arrived quickly, in big portions, and it was delicious.

Elsie’s did a fantastic job catering our wedding and did this at an affordable price! The food was fantastic and there was PLENTY to go around! Our guests were allowed to have multiple plates of food if they wished! She provided our bar service and bus shuttle service as well! We definitely recommend her for all your catering needs!

Service was stellar- we were a huge grip and came two days in a row. We were so warmly received! Food came out quickly and all of our requests were accommodated right away. Highly recommend Elsie’s for anyone visiting Caledonia!

We hired Elsie’s to cater our wedding. The staff that worked the event were great! Very attentive when people ran out of things. Also super reasonably priced! We also rented a refrigerated trailer which came in super handy.
