Elotes have been my favorite snack since I was a kid, I’d eat one every time I visited my tia is Ciudad Juarez. Those elotes were my top fav ever! It’s hard to find a good stand here in Dallas. They can be made so many different ways. At this stand right here, he hit it close to home. Like I’m back at my tias around the corner buying the best elote ever. I hope this stand never disappears.
