Elma Public Library

The staff here is really helpful and wonderful with my kids. They were excited to help them get their first library cards.

Staff is very nice, however when coming to study the library is always loud. The staff have conversations that are also loud. No reinforcement to keep voices down. Kids always running in and out. Loud conversations.

We’ve been using the Elma library predominately for 8+ years because we felt the layout and team members were very family friendly. Large selection for toddlers (and there is a separate toddler/baby book room in case your kiddos aren’t very good at whispering yet). I am pleased with the diversity of materials and viewpoints on controversial topics.

We like this library, for a small suburb it is well stocked and well staffed. We are enjoying the virtual storytelling programs, and the library is well kept, clean and sanitary when you do go in person. 5 stars!

My daughter loves the kids playroom! Very kid friendly, easy to navigate, very helpful staff.
