What a nice restaurant. They have a bar area with some dining booths and bar seating as well. We dined in their dining room. For starters we had the bread which was served with a maple syrup butter, it was definitely good. For my meal I had the double city pork chop served over Swiss chard. It was cooked perfectly and tasted very good. In addition I also ordered a side of mixed vegetables which was amazing. My girlfriend had the chicken pate, which she really enjoyed. The service was really excellent. The restaurant had a very sleek modern look to it, we really enjoyed it.

Elm is an absolutely amazing restaurant located in New Canaan, CT. Incredible menu consisting of modern and innovative meals such as falafels served in a plate of fresh hummus and grass-fed smash burgers. Best food, drinks and very attentive service! Highly recommended!

What a great experience. I came in for lunch on a weekday and was greeted by the manager, very friendly and welcoming. I started with the deviled eggs with hot smoked trout and pickles carrots. The trout was an interesting, perfect touch. For my drink, I got the spirit free mojito and it was delicious. The bar tender there is friendly and prepares amazing drinks. For my main course I got the lobster roll with arugula and bacon. Oh boy, it was buttery and they didn’t skimp with the lobster. What a delight. As far the atmosphere, look at the pictures. Its gorgeous. I will be coming back for dinner.

WOW. Floored. The new chef/owner is exceptionally talented. Cocktail service is serious with beautiful fresh ingredients. Food was magnificent. Gazpacho with strawberries and crab was complex and generous, and the gnocchi with fava beans, morels and Robiola was jaw-dropping delicious. Service was perfect - warm, professional and well trained. Ambiance is top notch. Highly recommend.
