i recently found out about Elite721 MultiService & Mobile Notary and had an amazing experience! The atmosphere was welcoming, And the customer service was incredibly friendly, and the service was top-notch. Definitely exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this place

This is a Scam. Do not waste your time. They are scaming people for a Brokers fee, raking appointments at a residential building. I contacted them regarding an apartment and went with my friend to the building. Apparently, they want a brokers fee to be paid, but no apartments are being shown. Their IG page was deleted right after we went to the building. Clearly, she must know that people are catching onto her. Ms. Rosado, I am disgusted to share a last name with you. You ought to be ashamed. And the people giving her good reviews are either some more of her fake pages or some friends because I doubt you have helped anyone.

SCAMMER SCAMMER BEWARE!!! I GIVE ZERO STARS! The nastiest rudest person I’ve encountered, “Marjorie Rosado” she is scamming people for their brokers fee, and it taking appointments at a residential building and sending confirmations with a made up address that leads you to this residential building! I reported her to the BBB! And will have this looked into! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!

Rosado is very hard working, very honest her service was A1. Very attentive and respectful. I recommend 100%
