Elicit Brewing Co - Manchester

After reading multiple reviews, I was still surprised by this cavernous creation, located in a repurposed factory. Despite having the Patriots on a massive jumbotron, there were tables available. Though the noise was considerable, it was not overwhelming. A massive line of taps was attended by several pourers. Flights could only include Elicit Brews, but I was fine with that. A large nostalgic sign and arrow said "Eat Here" but it was the location to order food and pick up a buzzer. Options were a nice variety of pub food; burgers, tacos, appetizers, and one of my favorites, fried pickles. The food was great, the beer was delicious, the Patriots were on fire, and all was right in my world.

Ample space and a wide variety of great beers. Unfortunately the food selection was a bit lacking. There were a few things crust pizza options that were ok. Live music upstairs if you are in to that but the main space was quiet enough.

We had a great time stopping in here to kill a few hours. The Halloween decorations where a lot of fun and really added to the fall atmosphere. The food and beer were great. I tried the mushroom swiss burger and it was one of the best I've ever had. We also tried a plate of the pretzles. They were good but the beer cheese was so so. As for drinks we did a flight of beers and my partner who usually doesnt like psl anything actually lived their psl beer. We also loved their coffee porter. I was disappointed in their mojito that was advertised as part of happy hour all they did was put some ice and mint leaf in a glass filled it from the tap. It wasn't great. I went to Elicit on a Saturday night for a friend’s birthday and omg it exceeded my expectations. It started off as a chill night with drinks and food, and we were hanging out on the second floor (I usually stay on the first floor, which is okay but not really hype). But after around 10, the second floor got lit. The DJ absolutely understood the assignment the music was super diverse and had everyone having an amazing time. I honestly miss nights like this because CT has been feeling a little boring lately 😅, but last night was definitely a vibe. I had so much fun and will 100% be going back.

Have come here a couple times and always have had a good experience. Great spot for a large group as area is huge and has outdoor/ indoor seating. Enjoyed various beers of all sorts and good bites. Recommend
