This is like a coffee shop bagel experience. There’s s comfy couch and a small library shelf. I love that they use local flour and make the bagels fresh. There are a few flavors of bagels - 8. Open for breakfast and lunch. I got the pastrami breakfast sandwich on Parmesan. Skipped the cream cheese because it has a chipotle sauce and I didn’t want too many flavors going on at once. It’s toasted and so fresh. The pastrami is like a bacon - just the right amount (to me). There’s a good balance of flavors and middle to bread ratio. The bagel is not squishy soft but substantial enough to hold all the insides in. Very filling. I’m happy they came to downtown Ogden. I hope they’re here a long time.

A truly local, beautifully gritty Ogden experience. ​Let’s be real: the "competitor" should have just stuck with their theory of relativity. All jokes aside, a bagel sandwich usually isn't my go-to. I’m used to the dependably dry, dense, and tough texture of literally everyone else—the kind of bagel where you feel like you burn more calories chewing than you actually consume. ​But the good folks at Elevated Bagel Co have rewritten the rules of what a proper bagel sando SHOULD be. So soft, moist, and airy... just the kind of bagel climate Ogden so desperately needs right now. I’ll never go anywhere else.

Tastiest bagels in town 🥯 Tried this place for the first time as they did not disappoint! I had the bacon and egg with jalapeno cream cheese and it was the perfect combination. My partner tried the pastrami lunch sandwich and we loved it especially the garlic sauce. Staff were very friendly and the inside is really cute, definitely a vibe!

I can not recommend these bagels and this shop enough! Ogden’s been needing a banging bagel place. I love the hot pastrami on smoked gouda. The bacon, egg and cheese on an everything bagel (add green onion cream cheese) is a classic but killer. Lately, I’ve had Gabe just make me whatever - and it’s hit each time. If you’re feeling sweet, grab a cinnamon sugar with the honey walnut ;) The owners truly care about what they’re doing, and it shows. Wishing them all the success as a super sick new small business. 🖤

Fantastic new locally owned bagel shop here in Ogden. Highly recommend the jalapeño cheddar or the cinnamon sugar. The bagels are handmade daily and they are easily some of the best I’ve ever had. Get sum.
