A charming French bakery in the Seaport area that truly feels like a little escape. It was very busy when we visited, and there was a short wait for a table, but if you’re quick, you can usually snag a seat. One nice touch is that if you’re dining in, they bring your order to your table, which makes the experience feel a bit more relaxed. The atmosphere makes you feel transported somewhere else, cozy, lively, and full of energy. We tried the croissants, and I ordered a house made cardamom latte that was absolutely delicious. It was so good I finished it in no time! The pastries were generous in size, beautifully flaky, and flavorful. They weren’t served warm, which might have elevated them even more, and in hindsight, we probably could have asked to have them heated. Overall, though, it

the food is pretty , the place is pretty, and the staff are super friendly as well ! the turkish poached eggs was quite yummy , i really enjoyed the super creamy, light labneh dip which had a super subtle, barely noticeable garlic undertone , paired with a slight spice from the copious amount of chili oil and a bit of herby savouriness from the pesto. the sourdough on the side was very crispy, had a strong sour-y, fermented tanginess, and toasted with some olive oil. the egg yolks added a nice silky texture to the thick creaminess of the dip ! the bread pudding had super duper warm and comforting layers which i loved, but i’m not sure if i liked i flavours that much — it’s a lot less sweet then other bread puddings, which i would totally be okay with if there was any other flavour that m

AMAZING breakfast here!! My family and I shared a whole bunch of plates and we loved just about everything. For sweet plates, the banana bread and the French toast were both excellent. It was called croissant French toast, but it seemed like challah to me! The banana bread was super tasty with the dates. For savory, the croque madame was delicious and the Turkish poached eggs seemed like a one of a kind dish! I would definitely get one of those again, but I really wanted to try the breakfast sandwich. Also, I would advise the almond croissant over the chocolate almond croissant! Elephantine just opened its first Boston Seaport location, and the vibes are absolutely immaculate. The olive green interior makes you feel like you’re tucked away in a cozy home in Paris—warm, inviting, and effortlessly chic. They offered table service, in addition to takeaway. But alas, I did not have the time. I certainly would recommend because they serve all times on their beautiful, delicate Chinaware. I did grab a few pastries to go, and they did not disappoint. I tried the pain au chocolat, baguette, cardamom buns, toffee cookie, and double chocolate pain au chocolat. Everything was excellent—rich in flavor but never too heavy. An elegant, European-style cafe right in the heart of Seaport. It has a unique character and warmth you don’t often find in this sleek, modern neighborhood. The space is open, with a good number of indoor seats, perfect for a brunch or meet-up with your friends. It gets busy later on Sundays, especially now in the chilly late-fall afternoons. If you’re up for something different, give their cardamom latte or rich French drinking chocolate a try. The team is absolutely great; they’ll be happy to make small adjustments to your order. Was surprised to spot cardamom buns on display. Quite proper, but a bit lacking cardamom. As far as I know, it’s the only bakery in the Boston area that offers them. Love that Elephantine is bringing a touch of NYC vibe to Seaport. Well done! Definitely a must
