El Ximador

We went for lunch on a weekday. It was hot inside the resturant, Im normally cold everywhere but there was no airflow, I was sweating. I got a chicken burrito with beans and rice and it had no flavor! Service was good and prompt. After this being my first experience, I would try it once again at a different time of day during the week or weekend to see if they were just having an "off" day when I was there but wouldnt be in a rush to try again soon.

It was perfect and delicious. The waitresses were on point. My food came out fast and hot. Update: I took service down to a 3 bc after checking on me only once after my food was delivered, my waitress never came back. Another waitress had to check and ask me if I was OK after being ignored for at least 10 minutes.

Great place for a casual meal. I had the California burrito and my brother had their Texanas Fajitas. It was more food than we could eat at one sitting.

You can truly taste the care that goes into every dish. The staff is just as incredible as the food... Very friendly, welcoming, and genuinely wonderful people who make you feel right at home from the moment you walk in! And the owner? Simply the best! So kind, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do, which shines through in every detail of the restaurant! If you’re looking for great food, excellent service, and an all-around fantastic dining experience, El Ximador never disappoints. Highly recommend!

This is hands down the best mexican spot in effingham county. Elreal and El ranchito dont hold a flame to this place. Silvia is a awesome server, and jose is the best bartender! and if i said it once , ill say it again... THEY BRING OUT WARM CHIPS EVERYTIME, WARM CHIPS MAKE THE EXPERIENCE WHOLE!
