El Valle

Elle Valle used to be our go-to restaurant, but the Riverdale location has really gone downhill. This is the second time we’ve ordered from them, and both the food quality and customer service have been terrible. Whenever we raise a concern, they promise to “make it right next time,” but when we order again, it’s like they’ve never heard of the issue. Sometimes they even pretend not to understand us. We spent $40 on a meal and were given burnt chicken. On top of that, they charge extra for garlic sauce and never include it. When we ask about it, it’s always, “Sorry, mommy,” with no real solution or effort to fix things. Do yourself a favor—don’t waste your money here.

We enjoyed the meal. My girlfriend did all the talking. Spanish makes all the world go round. You can be great by being able to be comfortable with being uncomfortable. I had the peppers and steak, white rice and beans. She had empanadas.

great, tasty food! the ribs never dissappoint. i love the ribs and the prepared onions!! delicious! unfortunately, i found hair in my food twice, which is incredibly unsanitary. generally a okayish atmosphere. prices are also ok

I ordered via Uber and look how poorly they packed my food. They put the beans in a coffee cup, brown bag was ripped off and they didn’t even close the bag. I also added utensil, napkins etc but they did not put anything. I’ll never going to order again. Sorry not sorry.

Ok soo! Let’s talk about this place!!! My classmate came to school with food and it looked so good she had me try some and I have been going there almost every Saturday!!! The service is exceptional!! The ladies are so warm and friendly and their welcoming smile makes it even better! Let’s talk about the food!! That chicken is delicious!! I always get the same thing…. The $25 bundle with chicken rice and beans. It comes with a side of plantains and a large Pepsi! Please visit!!!!!! You won’t regret it!
