If you are craving PRican food, you’ll be eating good. I’ve seen this place plenty of times on Insta, I asked my bf multiple times to come here cause I always tell him that boricuas sandwiches are 100000 better than any Philly cheesesteak, and I needed to prove my point. We finally visited a few weeks ago and absolutely everything was on point. The seasoning is there, the authenticity is there, the flavors are there. I really wish this was a full restaurant with a bigger menu cause I guarantee the food will be AMAZING. I had the best piña colada in years and I had to tell one of the ladies who made it. My son who is super picky and prefers gringo food was telling me we need to come back. I’m definitely coming back!!
The food had good flavor but we asked for three meats in our fries and sandwich and it was just all full of ham I was not happy and took the food back they re made the fries for me and kept the rest of the food but all the owner could say was I need to make money here too then I told him I didn’t feel like the chicken on the pinchos were cooked and he said I should’ve asked for it well done because it looks cooked to him. Instead of just remaking it for us he gave us a hard time !! Therefore I will not be coming back here.
The best and most authentic tripleta I have had since being in Puerto Rico. The pastellilos are filled with meat and not greasy like other spots. The owner/cook along with his wife do an amazing job picking up calls, taking orders and making the food fresh. The food always comes out quick and the prices are extremely reasonable. Check them out !
It was delicious, looked amazing, but it did take a bit long but I do say it was worth it
Came to order some authentic Puerto Rican food and was not disappointed. Everything was fried to order and getting it fresh made the difference. Some of the best alcapurrias in the city with great seasoning to the masa and the meat. The pastelillos were great, the filling was flavorful and delicious but the outside was super crunchy. Definitely a food truck I’ll be coming back to!!
