⭐ El Toro Bravo — “Nachos for $18 and One Man Running the Entire Country” Look… I’m not even mad at the food. I’m mad at the math, the management, and the fact that I paid $18 for a plate of nachos that looked like it got drafted into war. This was Midnight Madness in Downtown Annapolis — 10,000 extra people walking around, lines everywhere, streets packed — and somehow El Toro Bravo decided, “Yeah… let’s staff the entire restaurant with ONE guy.” One man. Bartending. Serving. Running food. Taking orders. Answering phones. Probably washing dishes between breaths. And let me say this clearly: That guy was a beast. He worked his ass off. He was respectful, fast as humanly possible, and doing the job of FOUR people while management hid in the shadows like raccoons. The problem wasn’t him

A new restaurant for Annapolis, authentic Mexican dish served with a smile. Nice interior, food was excellent, chips/salsa came out right away( always a nice touch), staff was attentive and professional. We would definitely come back.

Tried Toro Bravo in Annapolis and had a really good time. Place looks great, loved the colors and vibe. Staff was super friendly. Service was quick, even though it was a busy afternoon on a long weekend. Food came out hot and fresh. Tried the tacos and enchiladas—both full of flavor. Chips and salsa were on point too. Portions were good. Drinks were strong and tasty. Loved the mix of traditional and fun twists on the menu. Place felt lively but not too loud. Easy to relax and enjoy. Prices felt fair for what you get. Overall, solid spot for Mexican food. Would definitely go back.

Food is delicious and came out in a very timely manner. Staff is incredibly friendly and very attentive. Highly recommend to anyone looking for good Mexican food in the Annapolis area.

Delicious, not expensive, especially for DTA. Clean and stylish inside. Friendly and attentive staff. Clean restrooms too. Also, chips and salsa are included; you don't have to purchase them like the restaurant next door requires.
