El Tibiry Tabara Cuban Food

I came yesterday and got a pork sandwich and 2 plates pork chunk. The plates didn’t include the tamales on the two orders. The food was good but that was the main reason I chose those dishes To further my review it it advertised port chunk, Cuban tamales- that’s why i was expecting it to be with my choice of that plate. Perhaps there was a misunderstanding with the wording or the way it was advertised and also by a language barrier. Based on the menu on the truck I assumed that the was included on the plate I ordered. The food was good, my only issue would be the advertising. If it was more I would have paid it. But I ordered that choice for the tamales specifically.

Food truck adjacent Home Depot but the food was good, delivered super hot and well presented. The seating is more than adequate considering that they sell from the food truck, they have multiple fans throughout the area to mitigate the heat but this is Florida, it's hot, and humid. We tried the moros wth steak, tostones, tamales and yuca frita. Everything tasted great and made fresh.

Best food truck hands down . Right at the Home Depot parking lot . I can’t explain who amazing this food is .

Came here on a Monday and had the daily special. Tamale with roast pork chunks, moros and a side of tostones. The star of the show was the slow roasted pork. It had a crispy outside from roasting and was tender and juicy inside with a great marinade flavor. The tostones were the best I’ve ever had: hot and full of flavor. They went great with a nice coating of salt (optional). Home Depot always seems to attract the best food trucks!

Their Cuban is great. I would have gave a five-star for the atmosphere but this is in a home Depot parking lot and I didn't want to mislead anyone :). They do have a wonderful spot to sit with many picnic tables and chairs. I make sure to time my home Depot runs at lunch time.
