El Tequileno Family Mexican Restaurant

Good food & good quite atmosphere when we went. Friday evening. Margarita was good but little less ice. Had good portion of alcohol & condiments. We get drinks can be watered down or icey but few less cubes would be nice. Las Enchiladas plate was good, had flavor & filling. Barria tacos were delicious with generous portion & flavor.

They are terrific one of the few places that season their food. We have gone at least once a week for a few months now always consistent great lunch specials and happy hour deals I’m not huge on their green chili but their tacos chips and salsa enchiladas and margaritas are 👌 definitely recommend

I'm from Houston and I have a hard time finding Mexican food that I like in the Denver metro area. This restaurant is very good! Everything is always cooked hot and fresh, the ingredients are delicious and top quality, the atmosphere of the restaurant is lively and fun, and my entire family loves it. I love giant margaritas and bar area too. We all approve of El Tequileno!

We love this place. Everything I have ever gotten here has been good. My favorite is the birria nachos.

Told server I had a wheat allergy. Ordered something that did not mention wheat tortilla. Server did not say anything and brought me my entree on a giant flour tortilla. Reminded her I had an allergy and she brought it back to the kitchen. The food was quickly brought back out to me, inside of a bowl instead of a tortilla. I asked directly if the food was freshly made to which she said yes. I can only assume she lied because I had an allergic reaction. They took my food of the tortilla and just scooped it into a bowl. Awful. Do not come here if you have allergies or gluten issues, the staff seems not very knowledgable. Edit: reply proves what I'm talking about. What does that even mean
