El Tapatio of Park Hills

I'm REALLY taken back at the fact they have 4 stars! It was an OVERSALTED soggy mess! We threw everything out and had to make dinner. Although we ordered many different items, everything here looks and tastes the same. A real taco doesn't have lettuce and tomatoes and wet flavorless chicken. I will never be back here. On top if it all, I picked up my order and caught an attitude when I didn't tip for a PICK UP! This is unacceptable. Make someone feel uncomfortable because I drove there, walked in and got it myself? Horrible waste of $50

Me and my girlfriend have been here a few times with no issues. However, last night when we went, she found at least 5 strands of hair in her queso and beans. When we found the first couple sitting ontop of her food, we brushed it off, assuming it was from one of us since we both have long hair, but after finding the third, fourth, and fifth inside her food we decided to bring it up to our waitress. Usually I wouldn't find this to be a big deal. We find the hair, we bring it up, and it gets resolved. However, when we brought it up and showed her the hair we pulled out, and the hair STILL IN THE BEANS, she said it was from us since we both have long hair. She showed us the hair that we set to the side and said it was from one of us. We tried to explain it to her several times, and she kept

Great family run business. Greeted with a smile and friendly attentive service during our time in restaurant. Food was amazing and margaritas were even better.

Just had our first visit here after passing by hundreds of times. Our waitress was wonderful, they have many items on the menu and the food we ended up ordering was awesome. We will be back for sure!

The prices are very good and the food is great! The bang bang sauce is now one of my favorite toppers. Our server was very nice and attentive. Only thing really to be careful of is that the drink menu says that from 2:00 until close their jumbo margaritas are $5.99 but they told me at checkout that it's 3:00 to close so make sure to check your ticket.
