El Sombrero of Crossgates

Food was amazing. Our waiter was really nice. Atmosphere was nice even though we had a chatty Kathy behind us. We asked to move tables and they were so nice to let us sit at a different table. Can't wait to come and eat here again.

We’ve come before and loved it! Today was just awful. Now, it is a Sunday at lunch time, so I try to give a little grace. Our server was rude. He lied and said that what I ordered wasn’t on the menu. He never asked if we needed anything or got any drink refills. The food was not seasoned or flavorful at all. My husbands was burned and not what he asked for. It was just all around a bad experience today!

Super great food. Nice staff. Great value for plate/portion size. Offered extra salsa to go for leftovers. Definitely a new favorite while in town!

I really wanted to like this place because it’s close to home. The service was horrible and the food was just as bad. I explained how bad it was to the waitress and she basically told me I’d still have to keep it. I paid for my order and left but will not be returning.

Pretty good tex-mex place in Brandon. Literally the fastest service I have ever had at any restaurant. I was literally suspicious about how fast it was. Food was smoking hot, tasted good, and correct. A+ on the service!
