El Sazon Poblano

I really enjoyed my lunch from this taco stand! The beef fajita was tender and perfectly seasoned. I had the beef fajita gordita with everything on it—absolutely delicious. The portions were generous, and there were plenty of menu options to choose from. I appreciated that they even offered recommendations. The location was convenient with plenty of parking, which is always a plus. I also tried the quesabirria, and it was on point—especially with the dipping sauce. The prices were great for the amount of food you get. I'll definitely be a returning customer!

I’m not playing around when I say this is the spot. It is so good so fresh a little pricey, but other than that, everything else was exceptional. This was a last minute Grab after work I decided I didn’t want to make a dinner for my family instead of fast food. I chose a taco stand and this was a great choice hands-down the green sauce is a little light and I like mines more spicy but overall it’s super good. Five stars all around

This food truck is absolutely amazing. The sopes were so crispy on the outside and soft in the middle, holding all the toppings without falling apart. The quesabirrias were the highlight and next level. The tortillas were crispy filled with the juicy birria and goey melted cheese. The side of consommé was very tasty and tied it all together. The charro beans were full of flavor! The service was quick and friendly, and everything was made fresh to order. Highly recommend!

HANDS DOWN, best taco truck! Food is amazing flavorful and authentic. Feel like I’m right at home! Can’t go wrong with the birria tacos and the burger was great as well! Stop by for sure definitely recommend ☺️

I was very pleased. The food was flavorful and not too salty. The free beans were very generous I did not even order them. The chicken al carbon was white meat. You could tell the tortillas were fresh and not from a package. Will be going back ASAP!
